Confirmation receipt will be mailed promptly. Pick up your badges at the Registration Table at the Festival.
Refunds Requests for Festival Badge cancellations must be in writing and
postmarked no later than Nov. 2, 2015. A $10.00 handling charge will be applied.
Refund requests postmarked after Nov. 1, 2015 will be issued as vouchers valid
for the following year's West Coast Ragtime Festival.
Children 16 and under may attend FREE when accompanied by a paying adult.
